• In 2016, the enumerated population of Hastings Highlands (Municipality) was 4,078, which represents a change of -2.2% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 4.6% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Hastings Highlands (Municipality) is 972.35 square kilometres and the population density was 4.2 people per square kilometre.
