The column headings are: census years, ratio children to seniors: 0 to 14 vs 65 and over, ratio working-age population to seniors: 15 to 64 vs 65 and over and ratio children and seniors to the working age population 0 to 14 and 65 and over vs 15 to 64. The rows are: census years along with their corresponding values.
